Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments to Sakrebailu Elephant Camp are final and non-refundable.
Entry & Activity Tickets
All entry tickets, elephant-bath tickets, camera tickets and any other add-on tickets purchased through the website, kiosk, or counter are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. Tickets are valid only for the date booked and cannot be transferred to another date.
Donations
All donations made to Sakrebailu Elephant Camp are final and non-refundable. Funds go directly toward elephant care, veterinary support, mahout welfare, and camp maintenance.
Elephant Adoption Fees
Elephant adoption sponsorship fees are non-refundable once the adoption has been approved by the Karnataka Forest Department. Adoption periods cannot be shortened, extended, or transferred.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event that the camp must close on a visitor's booked date due to administrative reasons, weather, or any other circumstance beyond the camp's control, visitors will be contacted directly by camp staff. Resolution in such cases is at the sole discretion of the Karnataka Forest Department.
